ULTRA Hotter or AX PCT Taper

How would I taper this for use in PCT?

Something like

day 1-10 3caps
day 11-20 2 caps
day 21-30 1 cap

Any one got any feedback from using this for PCT?

You could actually start out with 4 caps and taper down that way.

If you have a serm like Nolva, taper UP instead but don't go higher than 3 caps.

How would I taper this for use in post cycle therapy?

I wish I could use a SERM but I can't get hold of one. I noticed the bottles was 90 cap does this sound alright?

days 1-7 - 4 caps -28
days 8-17 - 3 caps - 30
days 18-27 - 2 caps - 20
days 28-39 - 1 caps - 12

Then I could use the full bottle.
