I know this seems long but I feel I might as well take the extra effort to keep all the gains possible.

I MIGHT also run some IGF-1 LR3 along with it but its "funds dependent".
 
Why the zinc? Are you deficient?
 
Just to keep my immune system up as well as a sleep aide. Zinc and magnesium are great nighttime vitamins.
