Fenugreek works!

I'm in PCT at the moment and I picked up a bottle of fenugreek and this stuff really works, I popped 2 pills and about 30 minutes later I'm looking for the old lady And the stuff is cheap well at least the NOW FOODS brand is.

Yea I felt like it worked the first few times i used it too. I think the effect fades tho unfortunately

I used it for my PCT as well and it worked wonders. I believe DR. D said to use for only 3 or 4 weeks in a row because it loses its effectiveness after that.

Yes 4 weeks... Week 1--3 pills week 2--4, week 3--5, week 4 -6 pills

If you try this report back. When I started a four week PheraPlex cycle I got the flu after the first week so I did a one week Fenugreek run while I was sick before resuming the PP. It worked really well. I never tried it during cycle but I might try it during a twelve week cycle just to see if it can replace HCG.
