day 22 sd cycle. past 14 days or so, no sex drive. i have heard of different users reporting this so i wasnt so shocked. what i was wondering was will this continue to decline in pct. id like to avoid cialis if at all possible but my gfriend is starting to think i dont find her attractive anymore. also, id like nput n2 the cause of a lowered libido during cycle(sd or similar). my guess would b the stress on the body presents symptoms similiar to overtraining but with strength gains. kind of adds stress

You used SD before you knew the answer to that question? That was smart.

Anyhow, it has to do with low test/estrogen levels caused by negative feedback to your HPTA. In simple terms, your body stops making test because it thinks the AAS you are taking is the real deal and there is no reason for it to continue production. That in turn causes lower estrogen since test aromatizes into estro. Low test/estro = low libido. It can get worse during PCT before it gets better. If you had actually done some research before taking potent steroids you would know how to avoid/correct it and already have what you need in your cupboard. Search button is right up by the new posts button. Grab a cup of coffee sit back and gleen from the numerous threads you will find regarding this topic. Enjoy. :)

Oh yeah, I've been dying to say this: Stupidity is not a crime, so your free to go.

Just messin bro.

As for you, never guess. Listen to bpmartyr. He knows his stuff. I should say he NOW knows his stuff. I've seen him say that he wishes he knew then what he knows now...and IF he had he wouldn't have started with steroids

Here is a book you can use as a basic reference, William Llewellyn's Anabolics 2002.

Now wonder you don't take Clomid. You're feeling a little hormonal and agitated. I ask you an ignorant question and you literally kick the **** out of me. :nutkick: Which would be bad enough but when I regain consciousness I look up to see you weeping and repeating over and over again "I feel your pain...I feel your pain...every life is precious...why Bruce why" Not a good scene.

My favorite Chuck Norris movie is "Good Guys Wear Black"...probably because I was 12 and saw it in the movie theater. I had never in my life seen any martial arts and I was awestruck at Chuck's flying dropkick through the windshield to kill the bad guy. From that day on I swore to become a man with fists and feet of steel...but unfortunately I had soccer practice so there went that dream.

You know Bance,

When I have done cycles in the past and haven't prepared myself for either sex or PCT sex-less drive; I offer a couple of suggestions. Rent Steel Magnolias, if that and some crying with your girlfriend doesn't solve the problem, try Fried Green Tomatoes. Always a personal fav, I'll never look at BBQ the same.

Or I'd get some V or C real quick unless you want a sleepless night of talking. Did you here me, having to tell her your feelings all night so she knows why you got limp bizkit on her. It sucks.

I'd overnight V or C myself and take care of business...

Or go to Blockbuster.

well martyr and the like, IM not trying 2b "ignorant" here, but n case u havent noticed users have xperienced different reactions regarding libido n sd on cycle. so i guess the people that have their libidos increase r just defying the laws of human anatomy and physiology. now since apparently all of ur blood is n ur muscles rather than ur head im going to break this down 4u. my problem is GOING TO DEFINETLY hit hard in pct. but as of right now it almost nonexistant without plenty of stimulation while on cycle. do i have a month of impotence to look forward to? if i am already ntroducing what my body thinks is the "real deal" as u so scientifically put it, why is my libido and others who experienced the same thing shot. now if ur done trying to make me feel like an idiot, provide an intellegent hypothesis rather than a cookie cutter reply and search button response. not trying 2b a prick man, but ive been surfing round this site for 4 months now and have seen worse questions than that get better responses. ill try this again, can ne1 tell me why they think that some peoples libidos increase during cycle(while ur ntroducing what ur body thinks is the "real deal") while others go through the roof. sorry for all my negative feedback.

OK. First. It is more likely you will be taken seriously if you use whole words when you post.

Second. Depending upon the androgens used on cycle you can either get a very reduced libido or an increased libido. For instance, you used SD (solo I take it). The exogenous androgen shut you down, leaving your natural test nill. Now this will infact impact you libido. Had you run SD with say, Test or 4AD, the exogenous test would have offset/compensated for your declined natural test production and in some cases will excede your natural test depending upon your age/baseline etc. This increased test from exogenous test is what can and does contribute to increased libido.

So, what bpmartyr, still, is indeed true. And yes you need to learn what hormones do to your body before you use them.

ive been surfing round this site for 4 months now
BTW: apparently surfing around boards has not taught you what you need to know about androgens. I suggest you study some basic steroid literature and or articles.

i think the question was valid for the simple fact that not everyone experiences the same side effects. i was under the impression that this was a forum for people whod like to help someone out with advice rather than criticize and undermind a legitamate question that has been addressed in many different ways on other threads. how can anyone know everything that there is to know about any subject. you have no idea the amount of time i have looked around on this site and how many times you can see things that are definetly misinforming. i dont care what you think. this was a question focusing more on a physiological side effect more than anything. not a question of my deep wisdom. i think you need to remember where you came from. you didnt always know it all.

The question was valid to a point. Knowledge of steroids would have not made you so uninformed.
i was under the impression that this was a forum for people whod like to help someone out with advice rather than criticize and undermind a legitamate question that has been addressed in many different ways on other threads.
We help those who help themselves. Like I said that is a basic level topic with steroid use.
how can anyone know everything that there is to know about any subject. you have no idea the amount of time i have looked around on this site and how many times you can see things that are definetly misinforming.
this board and dozens like it are full of hundreds of ignorant people misleading hundreds of ignorant people. That is why I suggested you read acreditted literature and article.
i dont care what you think. this was a question focusing more on a physiological side effect more than anything. not a question of my deep wisdom.
again basic steroid knowledge as I said
i think you need to remember where you came from. you didnt always know it all.
I think you need to drop the attitude. Your question has be answered for you.

BTW: You're welcome!

No one knows it all. If you are lucky you gain a little more insight into how your body reacts to the chemicals you put into it. There are multiple negative side effects and you are correct in stating that some have had different reactions. That is because we are all different individuals with different quantities of endogenous hormones circulating at different times.

The point that was being made was that it would have beneficial to spend even more time developing an understanding into how AAS bind/convert/metabolize within the human body; learn possible side-effects and their causes; then get some bloodwork and see where you stand hormonally before you even think about starting.

What did your pre-cycle bloodwork look like?

B, Jonni, good posting. I would respond but I have been weeping excessivly over the comments that were made about the blood being in my muscles rather than my brain. Gonna go watch Steel Magnolias now.
