Yeah I agree, but I just thought it was an interesting take on the whole PCT theory. It would have been nice to see if there would have been some research or tests to verify his claims a little bit more.

i agree. it gets a bit rushed near the end just as it was getting good. the part about it will make you lose fat or gain fat depending on some factors. i think it would have been nice to be a bit more extensive. i mean the article that is.
