BP increase on PCT?

I was just wondering if you guys experience increased BP during PCT at all. My brother ran a SD cycle and had virtually no increase on his bp (120/70), now in his last week of PCT with UH it's 145/70? Any thoughts on why this could occur? He does run Hawthorne berry and celery seed extract.
