week 2 nolva 40 mg / 150 mg Lean XT (awake, midday, bedtime) / Fenugreek 2 g (postwork) / DHEA 150 mg (bedtime) / Policosanol 20 mg
week 3 nolva 20 mg / 150 mg Lean XT (awake, midday, bedtime) / Fenugreek 2.5 g (postwork) / DHEA 100 mg (bedtime) / Policosanol 20 mg
week 4 nolva 20 mg / 150 mg Lean XT (awake, midday, bedtime) / Fenugreek 3 g (postwork) / DHEA 50 mg (bedtime) / Policosanol 20 mg


this is my upcoming pct after and 8 week cycle of E...Max/Prostanozol. can i add ZMA to this? i was also thinking about adding tribulus but don't know if it would be overkill because of the Fenugreek. along with the above mentioned i take my multi & all my BP/Liver/Kidney/& Heart supplements. i will also be adding Creatine (CE2) back in my regemin. LAST QUESTION: start PCT right away or wait a week.

Do a search of Dr. D's post regarding DHEA dosage timing. I am pretty sure somewhere there you will find that nightime dosage can interfere with I think melatonin.
I usually start the next day. I found that clomid with an AI like rebound worked well for me, but I am not prone to gyno. I keep the nolva available just in case though.

found Dr. D's advice. should have stayed on this site vs. doing research in other places. DHEA in the AM and midday & Fenugreek at night.

Just quick addition... no such thing as PCT overkill.

fen & trib 2gether. or wait on trib until after PCT with maybe some 6oxo or Formadrol for a couple of months until i decide to do a cycle of SD.
