My last cycle was test and tren ace with a standard PCT with Nolva and Estane.

I have noticed over the past 2 months that chest has circular look like a fat kid..I hate it.. my chesr would definitely look better if I lost 10pds. They hurt if I rub on something too hard. . What is my next step? Letro? I have grear heatlh care. Will insurance ever cover this? I am getting ready to run another cycle of just test and dbol.
