PCT advice for Osta followed by 1-DHEA

I am in the middle of an ~8 week run of Ostar1ne @ 20mg. I'm going right into FRL Alpha Mass (~7 weeks), maybe 1 week overlap.

On Cycle Support
Cycle Assist (preloading mid Osta Cycle only)
Nimbus Cadence (cholesterol support, during Alpha Mass)
Baby Aspirin (during Alpha Mass, 1 week preload)
NAC
Nitrates (BP, preworkout)

Post Cycle
NAC
Clomid (have Nolva too in case I can't handle Clomid)
DAA

I'm thinking of adding something for free test. Possibly Viron. Also, an AI and MAYBE a cortisol control product (Ergobolic) or maybe just a bulk ingredient, like Ashwaghanda or something. So I'm thinking of either Formeron, Erase/Pro (new version, I hate Arimistane) or Triazole. I was also considering Aromasin, but I don't think that's necessary and its expensive.

Anything better than Viron for free test support? What about the AI? Could Erase Pro successfully cover both an AI and Cort control? or would vanilla Erase, which is nearly half the price, plus a dedicated cort control product be better.

PCT looks good. If you have some extra funds consider adding in Reduce XT during week 3 of PCT.

I am not a big fan of AIs in PCT but a lot of people are. I will let them comment on that.

Yeah, I hear ya on the AI. Ive just never taken a SERM, not sure how I will respond. I may just dose an OTC AI EOD. If I waited until I needed it (if I did) id need something faster acting than OTC, I think...

I'll just bump this once. If someone wants to try and sell me on an OTC AI. Like why you think one is better or more cost effective.

Hopefully more than anecdotal experience. . Blood work or studies would be awesome.



Still thinking Clomid -> DAA + Viron + OTC AI.

How's this going for you blacklac?

I'm approaching week 5 of ostarine at 30mg and thinking of jumping into lg sciences 1-androstenolone rather than pct.

Its going good so far. I'm a couple days in on adding Alpha Mass. Have a few days left of Ostar1ne. I transitioned to a bulk, now. I'm not expecting to notice the Alpha Mass for another week, from my last run. Mid 2nd week it kicked in.



I also added Soy Lecithin, this past week. Been hitting a few PR's. No complaints. . Anxious for next week though, even if its a mild compound.
