Triump + Trestobol, need SERM dosage clomid, nolva

I've just run Triumph alone and it shut me down.
Next time I'm thinking about running Triumph + Trestobol. I think I'll need to add in exemestane while on cycle.
On my prior cycle of Triumph alone I ran Torem so I don't have any idea on what doses to run Clomid and Nolva. I want to go with rx of clomid or nolva this time instead of running a RC.

Some places I've looked state run:

Nolva at 40/40/20/10
Clomid at 150/150/100/50

Do I run both at the same time, one or the other, etc?

If anyone has dosage recommendations of both together that would be great. Thanks.

I would add in a test booster like DAA and a cortisol control supp like Reduce XT (start in week 3).
