Sore nipple (Right) during PCT almost end of second week

Hey everyone

Thanks in advance for the help. here's my issue. Ran epistane for 6 weeks and i'm now on my PCT nolva 20/20/10/10 running into the end of the second week. I have pain in my right nipple under the skin, my question is should I up the nolva or ride it out and see what happens? Thanks again guys

I don't, could you recommend one? Im on my last week of PCT should i still use it? Any dosing protocols would help too. Thanks man! I appreciate it
