Stopped pct in week 2

Hey guys , I really need some help with this . I just finished out my first cycle of prop at 9 weeks and went on to take my pct ( nolva ) @ 40/40/20/20/20 . Since I've been taking the novla I've been really lightheaded and weak in the legs ... I just stopped taking it the other day and I already feel somewhat back to normal . Keep in mind I've never had this effect with any other cycles

Not sure if it's due to my other meds I also take and if so what are my next steps ??
