Help with pct

New to this site! Just wondering what pct I should use after my 10 week cycle. 10 weeks of test cyp 2ml per week dbol 40mg ed for 4 weeks! Please help had bad time with my body crashing after using to much gear without pct last time!
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Nolva
20/20/10/10/10/10
DAA
3g/3g/3g/3g/3g
Reduce XT (cortisol control)
0/0/3/3/3/3

I would also run HCG on cycle but it's not a must.

Do I run the nolva and daa alongside my cyp? I just got some capsules that contain 20mg nolva 50mg clomid and 25mg proviron! By R.O.H.M labs? Thanks for your help

No, run for your PCT. I think the normal amount of days to wait after your last pin is 18 days for Cyp. Then start PCT.
