Ran out of time and wasn't able to work triceps like I normally do. Felt pretty wiped out by the end.
Man my work schedule is crazy... It end up affecting my wife and I.

Don't be shy about deadlifting because the weight doesn't seem impressive by your own standards... I remember the first time I went to a hardcore gym and saw a guy pull 700lbs raw. Another guy benched 545 in just a belt and wristwraps off a 3board. And those guys were cool as heck with wimpy ole me giving it my all. The serious strongmen and bodybuilders value effort; it's the d-bag kids that judge your coolness off whether they can out-bench you
