Halodrol SERM Question

Hey guys, I'm starting my first ever PH cycle (halodrol) in a few weeks and I was wondering if I need to take a SERM or if a PCT 'all in one' that I have (Post Cycle 3X by Vital Labs) is sufficient. It says it blocks estrogen, but I'm new to this so I figured I'd check to make sure.

Also, I know this doesn't exactly fit with the title, but how long should I preload my Cycle Support/Fish Oil/Hawthorne Berry before starting? I was thinking 1 week, but again I'm a newbie and wanted to make sure.

please take some time to search your question on this forum, im sure it could be answered in less than a few minutes, dont expect any decent replies with your question
 
most will say, no serm=no cycle. i say get bloods before and after pct if you dont use a serm

even though i dont like to suggest it..h drol is mild enough that you can get away without taking a serm as long as your not dosing 100-125 mgs like alot of us have to take to get some decent results from hdrol. as long as your doing the recommended dosage on the bottle that is 50mgs and you stay at that dose you should be fine using an otc pct. a serm helps you keep your gains and regulate your hormones better than an otc pct.
