    PCT for 6week Epistane

I was wondering if this would be a good PCT for a 6week Epistane cycle?

    week 1-2:
    40mg Nolva
    week 3-4:
    20mg Nolva

    extras:

    week 1-4:
CEL P.C.T. assist 4caps(2x2, as said)
    DAA 4gr/day
ZMA (really only use it because it was "free" with the DAA)
    CEL cycle assist 8caps (EDIT)

Should I decrease the amount of DAA and ZMA, like you would do with Nolva?
And sould I get anything else for my PCT?

Thanks for your help and reply.

I'm not an expert but I believe daa should be run at 3g/day everyday through pct. Zma isn't really going to do much, though it won't hurt throwing it in. Same dose every night.

You may want to run an AI like erase, and add cycle assist or hawthorn berry/milk thistle as serms are somewhat hepatoxic.

If I'm off on any of this please correct me

Yeah I see most say 3gr/day, and the only reason I was planning doing 4gr/day is because I got 120gr, I would fit right into 4week PCT on 4gr/day. Thought it wouldn't hurt to take 4gr.

And yeah, I am going to take, CEL cycle assist, on cycle and PCT, forgot to put it in.

yea 3g a week would be fine, but i see your point so might was well use it all. if you get an ai like erase, make sure you start it n week three of pct. something like 0/0/3/3/2/1

Better to take 3 grams a day for 40 days. Start a few days before PCT begins and run it until it runs out. Four grams a day won't hurt, but it is a waste.

I also don't think you need to dose Nolva that high for six weeks of Epi. Should be fine at 20/20/10/10. Keep in mind, that stuff is toxic.
