Getting Prescribed letrozole

i need to see a doc to get prescribed letrozole or something simmilar to treat a small gyno lump, but im in the military so all my medical issues is supposed to go through the military medical system. i dont want want to be accused of taking steroids so could i just go to any normal civillian doctor and would they give me a script?
