    Pct help


    I am taking hdrol 50/75/75/100/100. I am gonna use nolvadex, pes erase and daa aspartic acid what dosage for the nolvadex and is this good?

    20 is still pretty young. From what i see your decently tall and only 147lbs you still have alot more weight you can put on before you need a ph.

    do you eat enough? haha

    Yes but I put fat on pretty easy so I want to clean bulk and go on it to get good results

    You still are pretty young. I would have tried a different diet. But do what airborne said. Always do more research than needed on how to do a cycle. Always always build your cycle around your pct! Most young guys get the gear then the Last week on it they say where can I get a serm and what is it?
