Correct pct for test e cycle?

I will be doing doing a 12 week cycle of test e. 250mg twice weekly.
However, I am unsure of the correct dosage for nolva in my pct.

I've seen 40/20/20/10/10, 20/20/20/20 and 40/20/20/10. Which one is more correct?
Also, would it be ok to use erase in my pct?

I will also be taking a natty test booster along w creatine and amino acids.

For a 12 week cycle something like 40/40/20/20/10/10/0/0 with Erase at: 0/0/3/3/3/2/1 would be my reccomendation. Are you doing your last shot week 12 or starting pct week 12?

this is a good recommendation, i like the longer and stronger PCT.

I will be doing my last shot on week 12 then starting pct 2 weeks after my last injection. Thank u for the advice. I m assuming w a longer pct recovery is alot better?
