Havoc PCT, Liquid Tamox Dosing

I am planning a standalone RPN Havoc cycle as follows:

week 1: 20 mg
week 2: 30 mg
week 3: 30 mg
week 4: 30 mg
weeks 5-8: PCT

During the cycle and PCT, I'll be taking Himalaya LiverCare, AI Life Support and Animal Pak. I just got some liquid Tamox, but I wasn't sure how to dose it since my cycle is already low-dose. I was planning on taking both the Tamox and CEL PCT Assist, is this overkill? I also have some LG Sciences Formadrol on hand (I thought I was going to have to go OTC for my PCT until about an hour ago), should the Formadrol be included as well?? Thanks!!

not sure about the formadrol but i dosed tamox 40,40,20,20 but i ran havoc up to 40 mg for week 4 and 5. Worked for me but im sure you could get away with 20,20,10,10

Thanks! I appreciate your advice, anyone else? I don't know if the Tamox + PCT Assist is going to be overkill...

epi at 20/30/30/40 or 30/30/30/30 most see solid results at 30/30/40/40 , 40 is the sweet spot.
tamox/nolva 20/20/10/10 or 30/20/10/10 , pct asst can used with your serm or you can start it on week 2 of pct.
