Letro vs torem?

I am about to start a cycle of epistane. But I am not sure what to use for a PCT. I heard that with epistane you want to use letro is this true? or should I go with the traditional SERM and take torem? and what is the dosing i should take?

letro is an ai, torem is a serm. use either torem, clomid, or nolva and you'll be fine

I heard due to the antiestrogen properties to epistane it is better to run an AI

What should I dose for the torem. I was thinking

week 1: 120mg
week 2: 90 mg
week 3: 60 mg
week 4: 30 mg
