break between nolva and first cycle?

Hi all,

i recently had a flare up of what im guessing is pubertal gyno.
i had very mild gyno in my left nipple when i was 16, it went away after a year.
now im 22, and i have gyno in my right nipple only.
i have not ran any previous cycles, so this is natural gyno.
i was planning to run some nolva to combat the gyno as i read that it would help for the pubertal kind. my question is, how long would i have to wait after my nolva run to try to a cycle of epistane?
i bought everything i needed for a cycle before the gyno appeared but a week before i was going to start i noticed the puffyness.

It would be more productive to run the epi before nolva, because you will need it for pct. Maybe less of a hormonal rollercoaster.

thank you, do you think i should add something like formestane during the epi cycle so the gyno doesnt get worse?

I would not run formestane with any ph/aas. If you haven't heard, ALOT of people say epi will temporarily reduce gyno. I certainly don't see it getting worse during your cycle. But if your pct is not ran well, you will get gyno worse than before. I'd recommend the TRS (with topical sustain) & nolva for pct.

Now I will get the topical sustain alpha, but not the whole TRS.
