Sexual malfunction. whats the problem?

Long story short. Got off a cycle i believe to have been underdosed gear and and estrogen was higher then test. The reason i know my estrogen was higher cus i was on deca for a bit and that shuts you off and if you don't have a proper dose of test well we all know what happens. After 2 months i dropped the deca and went to tren. Probly a mistake. Anyways 3 months in on the cycle i get off cus of big time nipple soreness and bigger gyno then before. I get on letro and liquid PRAMI which is for prolactin and Dutastaride.

Letro - .25 and slowly bumped to 2.5 over a month

Prami - .1 and got to .35 after 2 1/2 weeks or so and got off cus i got severe side effects. (super drop in blood pressure, felt like i was dieing pretty much). This was my first time running a prolactin antangonizer. Since I got off without tappering down the dose and getting off slow you think there was a possible rebound of prolactin?

Dutastaride - .5mg/day for 2 weeks or so. (kills sex drive and is known to cause erectile problems and ejaculatin problems)

So i had letro and dutast killing my drive. At first I didn't have any problems. I felt great. Everything went back to normal. My erections were good. My volume was way better then being on cycle and no pain in my prostate cus the dutast was killing the DHT that built up over the cycle.

Shortly after I stopped the PRAMI i noticed i can't get fully hard and my orgasms are extremely weak and it doesn't flow out the same.

I have tappered off the letro and started nolvadex and hcg to get my test way up again. I also read about prolactin having to do with sexual function. So i got back on the PRAMI again at the lowest dose of .10mg/day.

I hit 2500ius of HCG 2 days ago and started nolva 5 days ago at 40mgs then second day 30mgs and now doing 20mg/day for the rest of the time.

I know this is long but I am trying to give an accurate story so I can get accurate input. This is my first time ever getting ED. I am 21yo and have a girlfriend and can't let this happen.

Would it be ok to use cialis in the mean time?

You need to get bloodwork to see where you really are hormonally. Without this knowledge anything you do is just a shot in the dark.

I figured thats what I had to do. I'm just scared of it taking to long and my girl being like wtf? So would it be ok to use somthing like Cialis just a for a few times till i get this in line?

Well it probably won't hurt but to get fixed do the bloodwork. I like a combination of Maca and Horny Goat weed, they lower SHBG and drive my libido through the roof.

you've got so many misunderstandings in your reasoning behind what you took that its no wonder you had problems.

theres nothing in taking deca that raises estrogen. Estrogen is created by enzymes turning testosterone into the estrogen. No testosterone = no estrogen. Durasteride doesn't "kill the DHT that built up over the cycle", neither deca or tren aromatizes into DHT, and the process of DHT conversion from testosterone is just like with estrogen - an enzyme (which is what durasteride inhibits) turns testosterone into DHT. No testosterone = no DHT. Taking durasteride after you have high DHT does nothing.

Get the blood work, talk to a doctor, hopefully you have precycle bloodwork to compare it to. And use the cialis for now if you need to.

I did take test it just was that it was underdosed so i had more deca then test in my cycle. Well the dutast did do something. Cus i had some small pain in my prostate during ejaculation while on cycle more towards the end of it. And that stopped it almost immediately. But that makes a lot of sense. I was getting this gear for free which is why i was just hitting whatever and not really thinking of what I was doing. I have to admit i did not have that education that you just wrote so thank you. Another reason for me to believe that the gear is under dosed since its a UG lab and its free for me.

Cialis will be used for now then thanks a lot.

Just to add so you understand it for next cycle too, probably the reason the prostate issue stopped was the cycle was over. I had my bloodwork showing a PSA (prostate specific antigen) of over 4 because I ended up getting blood drawn on cycle. At that level is where they normally do a biopsy for prostate cancer. I got retested 3 weeks later and it was down to 1.5. If you want to avoid the prostate twinges, take the durasteride during the cycle.
