quiting cycle due to sides and issues!!

i been on pmag for 10 days and stoping becuase of elevated blood pressure and i just fel like s###T......and insomnia, etc.....how long should i run nolva and what doses? was thinking 20 10 10... and also have purus labs recycle..please advise me

Should be good with this. Probably could do a shorter PCT but why risk it.
