AI'S and SERMS diffrences ??

can some one please explain to me the diffrents between AI's and a SERM is it a difrent drug doing diffrent things or is it a strenght/ potency issue ? also when you stop runing either one of them is there a estrogen flood ?
 
A SERM is an synthetic estrogen that uses negative feedback to restart HPTA and an AI gets rid of estrogen in the body.
