Clomid/infections? Talk to me.

Hey guys. I was just reading on the web about PCT and the SERMS most used for it (Clomid, seems to be the fav here, overall.)

Anyway, I came across some articles about women getting yeast infections due to Clomid cycles. Something about the changes in PH levels caused by the Clomid. Now, true, guys don't get infections, yeast, urinary, whatever near as often as women (luckily) but that doesn't mean it couldn't happen

So, I guess that's my question. Any guys have issue with this and Clomid (or Nolva?) or know anymore about if we should be concerned about that as a side affect of SERMS?
