Elevated Estrogen in PCT affecting Thyroid?

Is it possible that elevated levels of estrogen during pct could cause the thyroid to overproduce thyroid hormones? I just finished a six week H-drol stand alone and I'm having pains in what must be my thyroid. Any thoughts?
