the herb should be standardised to show a percentage of sylmarin.If someone is selling synthetic -forget it.

I've never seen a synthetic version of MT, I just use the real deal to protect my liver from oral AAS. Liver Juice and Cycle Support are both great choices.

I WOULD STRONGLY REC liver juice from PP.
it tases pritty good, and is easy to take.
I just shoot it in mouth and take a sip of watewr.
i already have 2 bottles stocked away for furture and using one now.
