PCT for M-Drol/P-Plex staack

Hi everyone, thanks for taking the time to read about my question.

Ive recently got a hold of mdrol/pplex stack and this will be my 3rd prohormone cycle on my belt. Ive never done this stack before, for my pct i have liquid nolva & liquid clomid.

I wanted to know, how do I use this PCT? Wanted to know also the dosage amounts and should I use them both while on PCT or should i just use one of each?????

I will also get a hold of Cycle assist, PCT assist, and Reduce XT.

Please Help i want to start this cycle as soon as possible, Thank you,
