Is my Tamoxifen legit?

I acquired some Tamoxifen to use on cycle to prevent possible gyno. I won't mention websites so as to comply with forum rules, but the stuff came from India. The trade name appears to be Tamtero and it's from a manufacturer calling themselves Hetero Healthcare Ltd. Anyone know if this stuff is at least somewhat reputable or even worse, if I'm just being ripped off?
