Before I start, let me say that I have read the sticky on gyno, and have done research on letro, nolva, and gyno elsewhere.
Following my last cycle (which was P-Plex) I developed sensitive lumps under both nipples. They are not visible to the naked eye, but are definitely there. It's hard to say exactly how big they are due to some fat in that area, but I would say they're about the size of a nickel.
I want to get rid of these things before my next cycle, and have read that letrozole is the best drug for this purpose. My question is how much to use, and for how long. I've heard that it's advisable to take it in conjunction or bridged with nolva.
Any advice?
