pct with gyno reversal?

I am coming off of a x-tren/epi 6 week cycle and i've developed lumps under both nipples...i wanna run a letro reversal cycle before summer...my question is can i run it with my pct for my x-tren/epi cycle (which will be clomid + dth) or should i wait and take the letro after my pct. I think I read a while back that nolva reduces letros effectiveness if taken together, not sure about clomid tho. If this is incorrect please feel free to correct me. Any help will be appreciated.
