Cycle with Gyno Lump Safetly??

I have a lump under my right nippy....... I developed it from a test enathate/winstrol cycle a year and a half ago....... cycled again with test cypionate and it got slightly worse but not much........ I had trouble getting a proper pct which was stupid on my part to start the cycle in the first place.... I heard letro will help shrink the lump but don't know where to get any.... I was tempted to order from a research site but scared of getting into trouble as well as quality of the products....... however I can now get nolvadex no problem..... I tried running it to shrink the lump but it didn't work as well as I wanted it too....... I was wondering if I could cycle test again and use the nolva to prevent flare up..... seeing its not that noticeable..... any advice on shrinking it would help....... or on cycling again would help too..... thanks
