Ive been runnign epistane for a week and have not gone any higher than 30mgs. Ive decided the pulse method is more what Im looking for.
Im goin to be pulsing epi m/w/f each week for 5 more weeks looking like this
week
1 40/40/40
2 40/40/40
3 40/40/40
4 50/50/50
5 50/50/40
on my off days i will be taking cycle support, lean extreme, and icarrin, and zma
for my pct i will continue with zma and icarrin and use creatine also calories will be very high and clean.
does this look ok to you guys?? Im hoping i wont have to use a SERM with this method, to my understanding I wont. What do you think?
