Nolvadex and Formex

I have a quick question,
Would it be a waste to run Nolvadex and Formex together after a 5 week Epi cycle? I think I am just going to run the nolvadex at 40-30-20-20. Would there be any benefit to run the Formex after I stop use of the Nolvadex? THanks

For a 5 weeker epi cycle and nolva as pct it is rare to see bounce-back estro, which is where the AI comes in. However, it wouldn't be bad practice. I personally like formex on cycle to prevent gyno, etc., but I also run an AI after my SERM.

Thanks, I am also running DTP and some creatine ,(CE2 Hi-Def) , probably going to get a cortisol control for after 2nd week of pct,
I think e-stane is WEAK , I didnt gain any lbs. but gained strength and thickness
I only way in at 165! My diet is super clean though and I do HIT Cardio.
My next cycle is going to be the real ****,,,,, some Decca and Test , cant go wrong with that combo.
