Gyno - have Letro and Nolva - experienced users GTFIH

Ok guys, the most ive ever done is a cycle of Epidrol (designer steroid), and I think it either gave me rebound gyno, or aggrevated an unnoticed pubescant gyno...

Basically both nipples are puffy/pointed (im about 12% bf, so could be a little fat), gets worse when drinking alcohol etc

Under right nipple theres definately some hard tissue thats a little tender when pushed , left is just puffy no hardness/pain..

I bought some letro and nolva and both are here, now guys, what do I run, I am completely new to this and trying to fix my body not damage it further, a guy I know hasnt heard of letro and thinks just run nolva course 80/60/40/20, yet alot of online people recommend a week or so of letro then nolva...

Help me out please, I just want to get this sorted asap, but without ****ing my body up
