Ok ppl so I started this on halloween. Nothing to really say abiut it. I got a little wasted. Ok very wasted on halloween.

However yesterday there was a nice libido boost about 2 hours after taking it.

Mood yesterday was kinda blah didn't wanna do anything. But that's normal after drinking

I do know that I was horny as hell on halloween eve because I was told I tryed to **** some girl I just met on the bed outside my house. So maybe it did work a little ?

Ill keep u guys updated with my strength and what not.

I do nit do 1 rep maxes. And for the most part I don't go over 225 on bench press due to my shoulders.

feelingf a little run down, getting sick with something, but lifted today Deadlifts were down 20 pounds, everything else seemed decent,
libido is definetly good,

mood... eh lots of people pissed me off today so a well being feeling isnt pronounced.

appetite is the same as its been,

i am however real sore from yesterdays chest workout.

Getting over the cold pretty well

Libido is up for sure.

Feeling of well being not apparent yet.

Hopefully strength today will be better because I'm not feeling as ****ty as I was yesterday

Weight is stuck at 191.8 as of this morning. Still fairly lean. I was expecting some sorta rebound as I stopped clen and vat attack on friday. Abd have been on clen for a very long time and vatt for about 10 weeks.

My gyno is staying down since I stopped the serms though
 
Also wanted to add I dropped clenviscerat on friday as well

Only things I'm on becide recycle is

Plcar RK multi and gbol ap and a prop blend gda to be remained nameless till I'm done

new update been about another week on it,

strength is still about the same, libido is definetly up. kinda annoying actually. lol

body fats the same and i feel pretty good overall.
 
Well few more days have gone by. Feeling good. Pretty impressed gyno has stayed the same since off the serms which may or maynot be directly related which I have to note
