PCT Workout Help

I just finished a cycle of Hdrol and I want to basically keep my gains and lose some more BF. I have read the post by someone else regarding something similar so I apologize if I am beating a dead horse. My training during my cycle looked something like this:
Day 1 Chest, 6 movements; 4 sets at 12,10,8,6
Day 2 Back, 6 movements; 4 sets at 12,10,8,6
Day 3 Shoulder/Bis; 8 movements(split between them); 4 sets at 12,10,8,6
Day 4 Tris/Legs; 10 movements(6 tris, 4 legs); 4 sets at 12,10,8,6

I did not do much cardio after the 2nd week of my cycle. I know I am going to add a good amount of that into the mix. I was thinking doing more split. It would look something like this:
Day 1 Chest/Back or Chest/Bis; 10 movements; 4 sets at 15,12,12,10(30 min Cardio)
Day 2 Tris/Bis; 10 movements; 4 sets at 15,12,12,10
Day 3 Shoulders; 5 movements; 4 sets at 15,12,12,10 (30 min cardio)
Day 4 Legs; 5 movements; 4 sets at 15,12,12,10
Day 5 Rest
Day 6 Abs and hardcore cardio workout(full body cardio movements/work maybe?)

Tell me what you think!

i highly suggest you change nothing except maybe add somethings like a little more food, not much maybe like another 200 cals cause your cutting, and increase intensity in the gym. make changes 1 month after PCT is complete. how much weight are you up?

I only gained weight wise 6 pounds on my cycle. But I can notice a huge decrease in body fat and muslce density. I would have posted before and after pics but I couldn't get to the right resources where I am currently.

I want to go to a carb sensitive diet during my PCT. You think adding more calories would be a good idea? I already put in about 350g protein a day. Calories are only around 2500 to 3000 at the moment.

the reason i ask is you now have to eat enough to support that new 6 lbs. which is why i suggest eating anywhere from 200 to 400 more calories a week. if you're going to do cardio on top of that, then the cals need to go up to support the amount you're going to lose. but again, i suggest you let your body get used to the new weight, stick with the same routine (just increase intensity if needed), eat a bit more and then make changes 1 month after PCT is DONE. in the past i have cut too close to finishing a cycle and not eating enough to support the new weight only to lose most of what i put on. putting on a bit of weight in the form of muscle and a bit of fat is normal when runing a cycle and in PCT, save the cutting for the 2 months after your cycle.....the longer the better imo.
