Length between cycles

How long should someone wait in between cycles? I think I've read that you want to take twice the amount of time that the cycle lasted you off. Example; if you took hdrol at 50/50/75/75 then you would need to take at least two months off before running another cycle. I know it depends on the strength of the compound as well, but this is just a general question.

Also, I have read in multiple places that a dose of Nolvadex over 10mgs is not effective. Is this true? If this is the case that could explain why taking dosages above effective amounts could cause estrogen rebound. I have a feeling there will be alot of people say this is BS.
 
Time on + PCT = Time off. I haven't heard of a dose of Nolva over 10mg being ineffective and normally use Nolva myself for PCT as it's the only SERM I can get hold of.

Alright cool, I knew it was something like that. I don't see why it wouldn't be effective over 10mg, I've just seen that multiple times lately.

two months is a good time to let the boys reguvinate :saroll: i like to limit myself to 2-3 cycles a year just to caution on the side of safety. . .I love how i feel all pumped up but at the same time you have to be able to put up the weight on your pct as well. . .THAT IS THE TRUE TEST OF STRENGTH POWER AND ENDURANCE!!! A CYCLE DOESN'T DEFINE A MAN, THE MAN DEFINES THE CYCLE :firedevil:
 
I was thinking you could get away with 3 cycles per year at the most without negative effects or losing everything you gained; 2 would definately be more safe. At least my thinking is roughly along the same lines as you guys.

Yeah the 2 is IMO.
 
4 wk cycle+4 week PCT +8 weeks off=3 cycles a year.

6 wk cycle/bridge+6 week PCT+ 12 weeks off=2 cycles a year.

And I would consider that pushing it.

It's been 3+ months since last cycle, and although I have lost some weight due to work sched., I have lost no strength or muscle size.

I'm gearing up for a 6-7 week bridge of Epi/ p-plex when the snow flys. Then work slows down and I can dedicate much more time to the gym and proper diet.

IMHO Dont try to get big judt using PH's. Use them in addition to a proper diet and training regimine. You should have everything in your routine perfect, then add the PH and watch for NICEEE results.

Yeah I agree. I just stocked up on a few different prohormones just in case I won't be able to get them in the future. I will be running a cycle of pmag in about a month after I get my diet and workout on track; I recently moved from Alabama to Texas and it made me lazy so I'm trying to recover.

What I hope to get out of my pmag cycle is recovered strength and some size, but more importantly it will help me get back in to working out in general. Then maybe in the future I will run something else for bulking, but we will see.
