Ok, so help me out. Nolvadex's purpose is to keep estrogen levels down correct?
So, by doing that it also raises test levels correct? If so why do people add test boosters to PCT with it?

nope. nolvadex is an estrogen receptor antagonist. this means it blocks estrogen receptors. so the free estrogen in the body remains the same but the BOUND estrogen or effective estrogen goes way down. it has no effect on test.
