when to get blood tests?

Hi guys I was just wondering when is the best time to get blood work done? a few days before your cycle is finished, straight after or a few days after your cycle?

Also if the results come back good and I dont need a SERM is there any other OTC products I should still take? I will be taking the below products regardless of the results.

I personally get one around 3 weeks before my cycle so that I know if my body is even ready for another go. And then again about 1 week after PCT to make sure everything is back to normal.
