Work out routine when on cycle?

Hi just wondering when doing a cycle what would be the best routine? should I be hitting the gym more often, 5 days a week? Isolate the muscle groups or combined? any cardio? any info will be great? Cheers

i like to hit the weights 5 days a week doing
1. chest/tris
2. legs/abs
3. arms/abs
4. shoulders/traps/abs
5. back/bis

no cardio.
