Odd recovery from Sus250 cycle

Here's my dilemma. I did a low dose Sus250 cycle for 10 weeks. I injected 250mg once per week. Results were great, actually, and I did shut down quite a bit. So far I'm starting my 4th week of a 40/40/20/20 nolvadex pct. The weird part is that I'm showing every sign of a perfect recovery, except that my nuts are still no where near full size. I haven't lost any size or strength from my cycle, and I've been gaining strength and size throughout my pct. My libido is normal, and same with ejaculation size. So it seems like my boys are working, but for whatever reason they haven't come back. Any help is appreciated.

I've been told that toremifene will bring them back so fast itll hurt!

Yeah I've heard that aswell. Maybe ill pick that up, but i dont want it to be overkill. 4 weeks of nolva should usually do the trick.
