Went to Doctor getting ultra sound hopefully its Gyno and nothing worse? Help

have a lump under one nipple fairly tender and its just like a ball if you grab it ..maybe 1 to 1.5 cms big when u look down the nipple looks to be a little puffy.. the other side is fine its just this one side . I have used Pro hormones over the last 6 months havent really done a proper PCT only used ALPHA DRIVE XL to restore Normal levels and used Epistane too . I have to go and get a ultra sound tomorrow on the nipple can anyone give any info on if it sounds like gyno ...

kinda sounds like it. When you say fairly tender, does it hurt to put on a tshirt?

no not that bad can feel it when im not touching it at times but mainly when you touch it . It seems to have eased off Pain wise in the last few days.
