My PCT; advice and opinions please.

Will you critique my PCT. I am coming off of Nor Tren 19 (120mg/day) in about 3 weeks.
Gonna run for PCT:
Reversitol- (am and pm dose)- week I=3cap/day, w2=2 cap/day, w3=2cap/day, w4=1cap/day.
Lean Xtreme-week3-5=4cap/day (every 4hrs)
Post Cycle Support-week3-6=4cap/day (am and pm dose)
Tamoxifen-100/100/50/50

You think it would be OK if I moved everything up a week? So like I would start my Lean Xtreme and Post Cycle Support on week 2, and keep everything else the same? I'm sick of bulking and can't wait to start cutting down in lbs. again!

yeah, I think your Tamox dosage is too high...20/20/20/20 or 20/20/10/10 would be fine...I think you were thinking of dosages for Torem.

I would also put off starting the reversital until week 3 of PCT as well.
 
actually, I guess I don't see the reason for running both PCS and reversital...beyond the fact that I don't like using ATD during PCT, I'd just stick to one or the other. I'd lean towards the PCS since it has more than just suppress estrogen.

Also, don't be too hasty about cutting so quickly after bulking! one of the points of PCT is to try to hold on to those gains from your cycle. If you were bulking then I wouldn't think about cutting until at least a month after PCT!
 
So your suggesting that I ditch the reversitol all together and just go with the PCS? So that means I would just be running the Tamoxifen alone till week 3 then start with the PCS and Lean Xtreme? Sorry, a little confused on that last post..
 
i say the pct looks fine except the tamox dose. keep it low 20/20/10/10 is fine. The PCS with the reversitol looks fine imo because its not the full PCS dose anyway and its being put in week 3. keep the lxt and pcs for start in week 3. Make sure you get some preworkout stuff in there, i mean creatine NO based stuff to keep you sane.

That would work very well. I also do not see a problem starting the PCS and LX in week 2. Good luck bro. You can always use the Resversitol for another cycle pct as Iforce puts out a good product.

indeed, remember that you need some estrogen...otherwise you're going to really feel crappy during PCT! running the nolva will be enough to get the negative feedback loop going...stimulating the HPTA.

some folks have concerns about running a SERM in parallel with resveratrol, worrying that the resveratrol and the serm fight fight over receptors. starting the resveratrol when you're dropping the dose of your SERM makes more sense in my mind.
