too late for nolvadex

so i took a cycle of mass-tabs and used an otc pct.
I'm in week five (of six weeks total) of my pct and i have some nipple puffiness...no discharge or anything crazy but they are a little puffy.
Anyways i got my hand on some nolvadex and i'm wondering if its too late to take it? Would it help any at this point? And at what dosage should i take it.? I have 20 mg tabs.

what OTC PCT products did you use? what doses and for how long?
start with 40mg for 3 days
then 20mg for a week-2 weeks
then finish with 10mg for a week
..
BUT
if you still have a high amout of cicrulating estrogen then you should use letro and ramp it up for a week starting at .5mg and increase to 2.5and then ramp it down again
if you cant get that then use ATD, but all these answers depend on what you used/are using for your PCT

i did 6oxo extreme for the first 4 weeks
activate extreme for the last 3
took I3C in the middle and endo amp for cortisol
tapered the dosages
