I've been doing a heap of reading a research on an appropriate M-drol PCT.
So many differing views and opinions... So based on what I've read and understood, this is what I've got planned:
This will be my first M-drol cycle, but I've done a couple of Epi cycles already with excellent results.
Cycle: 10/10/10 (might go to 20 on the last week but I'll play it by ear)
On cycle supplements include:
- (CEL) Cycle Assist
- Milk Thistle
- Hawthorn Berry
(Yes, I'll preload for 7-10 days before cycle)
PCT: (based on 10/10/10)
- Nolva 30/20/10/10
- Lean Xtreme (DS) starting on week 3
- Zeus (Fusion) starting on week 3
(Yes, I'll have other support supps included there too incl, ZMA, Omega 3, multi, etc, etc)
Other supps I have in hand should they be needed in or after PCT are:
- PCS
- 6-OXO Extreme
I can get my hands on B6 easily if needed.
Getting my hands on another SERMs is pretty difficult so Nolva is really my only option.
My concern here is gyno through estrogen rebound and how/if propecia will play a role in it - unfortunantly, I haven't found much info on this.
Any thoughts about how my PCT should change?
