H drol PCT suggestions

Looking for suggestions on running my first h drol cycle -

Reading many different opinions on PCT's and dosage/weeks to run etc.

6'2" - 190 (28 years old) approx 10 years experience
No Blood/chem work numbers available yet (should get them back by weeks end) For post cycle comparison only - No history of High BP etc.

Most interested in PCT schedule for OTC's that are worthwhile and not a ****ton of money. Or is it best to track down Nolva? Is it needed?

H drol 50/50/50/50
Cycle support (two week prior, during, post)
Macros

PCT
Cycle Support
CEL Post Support
I3c??

weeks 3-5
maybe 6-oxo and Activate extreme

1) With a SERM:

Needed: 2 bottles IBE Formex, 1 month supply of a SERM, 1 bottle AI PCS

(Clomid or Toremifene may be used in place of Tamoxifene)

Tamoxifene = nolva

Week 1: Tamoxifene 40mg, IBE Formex 50mg, [CS]*
Week 2: Tamoxifene 40mg, IBE Formex 50mg, [CS]
Week 3: Tamoxifene 20mg, IBE Formex 25mg, [CS]
Week 4: Tamoxifene 20mg, IBE Formex 25mg, [CS]

2) Without a SERM[/b]

Needed: 2 bottles IBE Formex, 1 bottle AI Cycle Support

Not everyone can get SERMs. This method is not as good as above, but is still much better than nothin.

Week 1: IBE Formex 50mg, AI Cycle Support,
Week 2: IBE Formex 50mg, AI Cycle Support,
Week 3: IBE Formex 25mg, AI Cycle Support,
Week 4: IBE Formex 25mg, AI Cycle Support,
 
Many thanks - I know we don't specifically recommend research sites on this post, but are the more notable one's - found through google search - trustworthy? I don't want to see the rats i'm testing this stuff on to get sick...
 
You may also want to research sustain alpha for your "serm"...ill be running this cycle may 1st (first timer also) and will be using sustain, endo amp, i3c, pcs, trib test, and cs during my pct...just some food for thought

4 weeks of h-drol at 50mg is not enough most run this 5-6 weeks and 50mg for 2 weeks then up to 75-100mg for the rest of the cycle. The IBE product and Post Cycle Support should work fine here also may want to run a cortisol product.

I just bought a bottle of Halo-X and was going to run 50/50/50/50. So I need to up the dosage to 75/100 or I'll get no results? Or just not typical. I'm glad I ran across this board. I was going to run all 50 with no PCT. Guess I better re-think my cycle before I start.

Any suggestion on what PCT I should run with 50/50/50/50?

Run it 5 weeks and maybe bump the dosage to 75mg the last 2 weeks. PCS and a cortisol blocker should be fine for pct. I would try to have a SERM on hand.
