Make this simple....trenadrol/epistane PCT?

heres the cycle......days 1-10, 60mg trenadrol, days 11-40, 60mg trenadrol and 30mg epistane. I have anvanced pct by anabolic extreme (which claims it is excellent for increasing naturall test, and blocking estrogen) is this enough? or do i also need to get my hands on clomid or nolva? Really, what is the safest total pct? help please....i am on day 13 and really wanna do this right. by the way i am taking liver therapy on this. make it simple....thanks
