Cant find Lean Xtream ( Designer Supplements) or Reduce Xt (SNS)... Any suggestions on another cortisol blocker for PCT... What about the Lean FX thats being advertised on the site?????

So what is the new consensus of the best cortisol blocker?

Lean Xtreme
EndoAmp
Retain

Can't buy new bottles of retain or retain 2. AX has replaced it with lean FX. I've been happy with Lean Xtreme

DHEA is also a cortisol blocker. If you can't get anything else just buy that from any supp store anywhere in the world I believe.

when should you typically start the Cort Blocker during PCT?

DHEA, you can take a low dose every day/year round. Dr. D does and has never had a problem. Again, low dose, 50mg/day still acts as an anti-cortisol from what I've read. Correct me if I'm wrong.

when should you typically start the Cort Blocker during PCT?

Some say day 1 of your PCT and others day 15. Those are the 2 most agreed upon days, but some 3 weeks into PCT. Not a specific answer I know, but it is what it is. If you ask me when I would start it, I would probably start at nore around day 10 because to me it's a toss up from day 1 and 15.

I'm having good early results w/ EndoAmp - nothing like as rough as the original Lean Extreme (arthritic joints doing just fine, thinks), but still effective.

just curious if there is a negative rebound effect by blocking or inhibiting cortisol levels that would only further a recovery window?? thanks

Question:
Can I take a cortisol blocker (not as a PCT) regularly just to keep my cortisol levels low for weight loss?

You need a certain amount of cortisol. You don't want to block too much or it will have a negative effect.
